You simply ask your life insurance agent for a change of beneficiary form and include UNCG as a beneficiary. This does not require a modification to your will.
For example:
"Twenty-five percent (25%) to The UNCG Excellence Foundation, Inc., tax identification number 56-6086393, for the benefit of The {your name here} Endowed Fund."
Without impacting your current finances, you will receive the satisfaction of knowing that at your death a portion of the proceeds of your death benefit will
establish an endowed Scholarship or Program Fund in your name. We'll even draft a statement detailing the particulars of your Endowment right now - exactly the way you want it!
